Ingredients

salsa

black beans

corn

jalapeno
sliced
small handful
cilantro
chopped

cooked chicken

lettuce
Instructions
In a mason jar, layer ingredients in the following order: salsa, black beans, corn, jalapeno, cilantro, chicken, and lettuce! Stays good in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Recipe Notes
Swap salsa for a
creamy chipotle dressing
if desired!
Feel free to eyeball and add more or less of an ingredient. Quinoa or brown rice would be good for an extra oomph.
