Ingredients

old fashioned oats
1/4
cup
canned pumpkin puree

tbsp
chia seeds
1/2
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1
tbsp
maple syrup
3/4
cup
almond milk
1/4
cup
pumpkin spice dairy free creamer*
or 1/4c milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine well. Separate into two containers and let sit overnight.
In the morning, add desired toppings, and more liquid to thin if necessary.
Recipe Notes
The
Pumpkin Spice Nutpods Creamer
adds some extra indulgence to the oats, but if you’d like to skip it, just replace it with milk.
