These No Bake Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bites are a dairy and gluten free dessert with FIVE ingredients that you can throw together in no time!
Last weekend after lunch I was sprawled out on the couch cruising Instagram for something sweet to make. I commented to my husband that so many recipes required too much effort.
I know you’ve been there too, y’all.
Oh I need more than one bowl? Too much effort.
I have to turn ON the oven? Nope. Next.
The best solution? A no-bake dessert that can be made in a food processor, like these chocolate chunk cookie dough bites. Or like these Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bites.
Next time you’re cruising for a quick dessert, I GOT YOU.
What You’ll Need
Raw cashews
Banana nut grain free granola (Wildway makes an AMAZING one that you can find at Central Market and Whole Foods. #notsponsored just love it that much!)
Dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is what I use)
All-natural peanut butter (peanuts should be the only ingredient!)
Cinnamon
Other popular sweet treats to love:
- Chocolate Espresso Coconut Balls – if you’re feeling fudgy
- Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies – this uses a boxed brownie mix, y’all. Doesn’t get easier than that.
- Cookies & Cream Peppermint Bark – dangerously addicting, guys.
