Toast some oats and pick your favorite mix-ins to make this Easy Toasted Pecan Muesli recipe- perfect for a quick breakfast! Enjoy it simply in a bowl with milk and fresh fruit, or use it as a topping for yogurt!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out oats and nuts to be toasted.
Toast for 15 minutes, remove and stir. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
Once cooled, add cereal, dried fruit and seeds directly to the baking sheet and stir with spatula.
Transfer to an airtight container for storage. It will stay good for about 7 days- after that the moisture starts to soften the oats.

To make the toasted muesli as photographed, add 1/4 cup of golden raisins, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, a handful of unsweetened dried coconut flakes, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of pecans and 1/4 cup of almonds.
